How does Harry Potter die?

Harry Potter did not die. Instead of killing Harry, Voldemort's Avada Kedavra killed the piece of his own soul that was attached to Harry and that made him the seventh Horcrux. Harry had a choice at "King's Cross"; he could head back to the world of the living and try to make a difference, or he could "take a train".

Why did Snape kill Dumbledore?

Because Dumbledore asked him to. The reason he gave was because he was dying anyway, and wanted a clean death, rather than being tortured by Bellatrix; also to protect Draco from having to kill him. How did Voldemort die if Harry was a Horcrux?

Voldemort wasn't a horcrux, there was a horcrux from Voldemort living inside him. Harry sacrificed himself to Voldemort in the forbidden forest, so that the horcrux living in him would be killed by his killing curse.

Why must Harry Potter die?

Since Harry must die, because he's a horcrux, he can't be the one to kill voldemort. So in order for the prophecy to come true and in order for the Dark Lord to be vanquished, Voldemort has to be the one to kill harry. And that's why Dumbledore says that it is 'essential' for Voldemort to be the one to kill Harry.
