Australian mum, Mani, revealed that an iron successfully gets rid of ring stains that have been left behind from hot drinks. 

'I thought I ruined my coffee table when I accidentally put something hot on it, but thankfully the "iron trick" came to the rescue,' Mani said.

Since sharing her simple trick many other mums have also shared their own tips for removing these marks from tables. 

Several women have suggested to place a tea towel over the stain and then to directly steam iron it. 

'I usually put a tea towel down then have the iron on steam. It's like magic,' a woman said.
