Jamie-Lynn Sigler talks about enjoying the great outdoors near her new Texas home and watching her show The Sopranos for the FIRST TIME during lockdown
The 40-year-old actress made the big move in 2021 during the pandemic with her sons Beau, eight, and Jack, three, whom she shares with baseball player husband Cutter Dykstra, 32.
'I feel disconnected, in the best way I've ever known,' The Sopranos star revealed.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Sigler explains how since the move she's gained a new appreciation for nature.
'It's all about outdoors and nature which I really appreciate since I never had it growing up in New York and L.A.,' she said.
The Big Sky star is also thrilled to be giving her sons a more active childhood where they can play outside and not spend their days in front of phone and computer screens. 'We fully embrace lake life!' she said.

Sigler - who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 20 - revealed that she's doing her best to have a healthy routine.
'I have to be honest, living with MS is very hard. I have to think about every step that I take, because if I don't I'll trip and fall,' she said, adding, 'I try to live life to the fullest, but I also know my limits.'
Jamie-Lynn also shared that she's been binge-watching the show that made her famous: The Sopranos.

She is best known for her role as Meadow Soprano on the award-winning HBO drama which aired for a total of six seasons from 1999 to 2007.
The star revealed she has started watching the show for the first time during the pandemic.
'It was bittersweet. This business can be such a grind. It's always, "What's next?" It was nice to take a step back and appreciate. If nothing else, I worked with the best of the best!'
